Do I need the Chrome extension?
No. Open the fitting room directly in your browser to upload a garment and try it on. The desktop Chrome extension is currently in testing and is not yet available for public installation.
Can I use my phone or tablet?
Use the web fitting room on your phone or tablet. Upload a saved clothing image or paste a direct image link, then allow camera access when you are ready. Camera support depends on your browser and device.
When does my camera turn on?
Only after you choose Enable camera and grant permission. Starting a try-on sends your camera video and selected garment to our AI provider for processing. Your microphone stays off. Use Stop to end a session.
How do credits work?
The fitting room shows the session duration and credit cost before you start. Your account, credits and subscription are shared across the website and extension. See your account for your current balance and plan.
Does this tell me which size to buy?
